Terms of use
The ground rules for using Bustlo during the founding pilot, in plain English.
Draft: needs legal review before launch
This is a working draft for the pilot, written in plain English. It hasn’t been reviewed by a lawyer yet and may change before we take payments. Last updated 14 October 2026.

The pilot
Bustlo is early software, offered to a small number of businesses as a founding pilot. Before you pay anything, we’ll agree in writing what’s included, the price, how billing works and how either of us can end the arrangement. If that written agreement and these terms disagree, the written agreement wins.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- Only invite people you trust to your workspace, and give them the right role.
Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of your photos, business information and anything else you upload. You give us permission to use it only as needed to provide the service: to store it, make your campaigns, host your pages and show you results, within the permissions you set for each photo. If you revoke a photo’s permission, we stop using it in new work.
What you agree to
- You only upload photos you own or have permission to use for advertising.
- The facts and offers you confirm are true, and you’ll honour the offers you publish.
- You don’t use the service for misleading claims, fake reviews, unlawful products or to contact people who haven’t agreed to hear from you.
- You review campaigns before approving them. Approval means you’re happy for them to run.
What we promise, and what we don’t
We’ll run the service with care, keep your data secure and tell you plainly when something hasn’t worked. We can’t guarantee results: a certain number of customers, bookings or sales, ad approval by any platform, or that the service will never be interrupted.
Some features described on this site are still in development. Our how it works page shows which ones are working today.
Money
- Our fee and any advertising budget are always separate.
- We never increase an ad budget or spending limit without your approval.
- Advertising platforms have their own terms, and you’ll need to accept them to run paid ads.
Pausing and leaving
You can pause campaigns or your whole account at any time. If you leave, we take down your campaign pages and delete your data as described in our privacy notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our full liability terms will be set out here after legal review.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we’ll tell you by email before the change takes effect.
