Slow day? Let’s bring the crowd to you.

Short claymation: a quiet café puts an offer on its window and a queue of happy customers forms at the door.

Example: Little Juniper is a made-up café
  • Slow Monday
  • Flat Tuesday arvo
  • Rainy lunch
  • Dead 3 pm
  • Quiet winter week
  • School holiday lull

How Bustlo brings them in

Three moves, all from your phone between services. You stay the boss of every one.

  1. When are you quiet?
    Example
Tuesday 2–4 pm is usually quiet. Fill it?

You tell us when it’s slow

Mark your quiet times once: a slow morning, a flat Tuesday arvo, a dead week in winter. Bustlo learns the shape of your week.

  2. 2 coffees for $7

Tuesday 2–4 pm · Little Juniper

    Example

    Break-even check

You’re ahead after 6 extra coffees in the two hours.

    ApproveChange it

We put out an offer worth coming for

Bustlo drafts it from your confirmed prices and checks it still makes you money. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

  3. Voucher OK

    2 coffees for $7

Used just now. It can’t be scanned again.

    Counter screen Example

They walk in with a voucher

Each voucher works once. Your staff scan it at the counter, so you can see which offer actually brought people in.

Your regulars, back again

Customers join your list from a card on the table, and only if they tick yes. Bustlo writes the email, you see exactly what goes out, and customers get a gentle nudge to leave you a Google review.

Every Monday a short note says what worked. Numbers mean what they say: vouchers claimed online and vouchers scanned at your counter are counted separately.

Your own page, with your real menu

Every offer lands on a page with your menu, hours and photos. Share the link anywhere, or print a table card or window poster with a QR code that opens it.

Your prices come from you. Change them in one place and the page, posters and offers follow.

The rules we work by

  • Nothing goes out without your OK

You see every offer and email exactly as it will appear. Pausing everything is one tap.

  • Your real food

Your photos, your prices, your menu. We don’t invent dishes or swap in stock photos.

  • Numbers that mean what they say

A voucher claimed online and a voucher scanned at your counter are different things. If we don’t know something, we say so.

  • Not ready yet? We’ll tell you

Posting straight to Facebook and Instagram from Bustlo is coming soon. Until then, you get ready-to-post packs.
