Your kitchen. Our legwork.
Here’s the whole process: what you do, what Bustlo does, and what isn’t switched on yet. Most of your time goes into setting up. After that it’s mostly approving.

A week with Bustlo
From setting up your venue to reading your first Monday note. Each screen is an example from a made-up café.
Set up your venue
Create your account, then add your hours and menu. Type them in, or let Bustlo read them from your website and show where each one came from. You check every item.

Tap the parts of your week that run quiet: a slow morning, a flat Tuesday arvo, a dead hour after lunch. Bustlo only works inside your opening hours.

Bustlo drafts an offer for that time from your confirmed prices and checks it against break-even, so you can see what you keep. It never suggests discounts on alcohol.

One next step: Wednesday 2–4 pm looked quiet too. Run the offer there? Reach new locals with ads
Posting and ads on Facebook and Instagram are waiting on Meta’s approval. Until then, campaigns mostly reach people who already know you, and anyone who walks past your poster.

Fair questions
Do you use AI to make my food look better?
No. Your ads use your own photos: we crop them and lay them out with your offer, but we don’t generate food, add steam or swap in stock images. AI writes draft words, and only from facts you’ve confirmed. You approve everything before it’s used.
Will a discount eat my margin?
Every offer is checked against break-even from your own prices before you approve it, and Bustlo shows what you keep per sale. If an offer would lose money, it tells you.
Do I need a website?
No. A website saves typing, but you can enter everything by hand.
Do I need Facebook or Instagram?
Not to start. Every campaign comes with a ready-to-post pack and its own page you can share anywhere. Direct posting to Facebook and Instagram is in development.
Who pays for ads?
You do, separately from our fee, and only up to a limit you set. We never raise it without asking. Paid ads aren’t available yet. Without them, campaigns mostly reach people who already follow you, which is worth knowing before you start.
What counts as a result?
Vouchers claimed online and vouchers scanned at your counter are counted separately, along with page visits and enquiries, each labelled for exactly what it is. If we don’t know something, such as revenue, it says “unavailable” rather than zero.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Every campaign has a pause control, and you can pause your whole account in one step. Pilot terms, including how to leave, are agreed with you in writing before you pay anything.
What happens to my customers’ details?
Customer details are encrypted when stored. Joining your list is a separate, unticked box, never assumed, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe. See our privacy notice.
