Credits pay for making more than your plan includes. A credit is worth about A$1, and you only buy them when you choose to.
Because it’s a test. These prices apply while we work closely with a small number of venues. If a price or what a plan includes changes, we’ll tell you before it affects you.

You can top up credits, wait for your month to reset, or move up a plan. Anything already running keeps running.
Customer emails can’t be topped up. Once you’ve sent your plan’s emails for the month, the rest wait until next month. We don’t sell “unlimited” anything we can’t actually deliver.

No, but be realistic: without paid ads, posts mostly reach people who already follow you. Reaching new locals usually needs some ad spend. That’s always your call, it’s always separate from our fee, and paid ads aren’t available in the pilot yet.
