Counter screen Example They walk in with a voucher
Each voucher works once. Your staff scan it at the counter, so you can see which offer actually brought people in.
Your regulars, back again
Customers join your list from a card on the table, and only if they tick yes. Bustlo writes the email, you see exactly what goes out, and customers get a gentle nudge to leave you a Google review.
Every Monday a short note says what worked. Numbers mean what they say: vouchers claimed online and vouchers scanned at your counter are counted separately.

Your own page, with your real menu

The rules we work by

Nothing goes out without your OK
You see every offer and email exactly as it will appear. Pausing everything is one tap.

Your real food
Your photos, your prices, your menu. We don’t invent dishes or swap in stock photos.

Numbers that mean what they say
A voucher claimed online and a voucher scanned at your counter are different things. If we don’t know something, we say so.

Questions owners ask
What is Bustlo?
Bustlo is marketing software for independent cafés, pubs and restaurants in Australia. It brings customers in whenever trade is slow: you mark your quiet times, Bustlo drafts an offer from your confirmed prices and checks it still makes you money, and your staff scan each single-use voucher at the counter. Plans are A$39, A$79 or A$129 a month.
How can a café or restaurant get more customers on slow days?
Pick the slow time you want to fill, give people a reason to come then that still pays (a set lunch or a free side can protect your margin better than a big discount), tell your regulars and the people walking past, and count who actually comes in. Bustlo does each of those steps with you, and nothing goes out until you approve it. Read the quiet days guide or see how it works.
How is Bustlo different from EatClub or Too Good To Go?
EatClub and Too Good To Go are apps where diners find deals across many venues. Bustlo isn’t a marketplace and has no diner audience of its own. It’s a flat monthly fee with no cut of your sales, the customers who join your list are yours, you don’t have to discount at all, and your marketing uses your own photos. A marketplace can bring you new faces; Bustlo helps you bring people back.
Does Bustlo take a commission?
No. You pay a flat monthly fee and nothing per customer, voucher or sale. If you choose to run Meta ads once they’re available, that money goes straight to Meta from your own budget, capped by you. See the plans.
We already have a marketing agency. Do we need Bustlo?
Maybe not. If someone already runs your socials, Bustlo can sit alongside them: it handles the slow-time offers, vouchers counted at the counter, your customer list and Google review requests, which most social media work doesn’t cover. If what you have is working, keep it.
Does it work for pubs and bars?
Yes. Pubs and bars use the same steps as cafés and restaurants: quiet times, offers, vouchers and emails to regulars. Bustlo doesn’t run alcohol offers: every offer is built from your food and non-alcoholic drinks.
Slow patch coming up? Let’s get you bustling.
